If you can code and want your first remote tech job: We’ll train you in AI automation for six weeks and place you in an international role.
Landing your first role as a developer is tough, especially if you don’t have the right connections or work experience. This program gives you a foot in the door.
Over six weeks, we’ll train you to become an AI Automation Assistant, using tools like Make.com, n8n, and more — skills in high demand with businesses worldwide. You’ll work on real-world automation projects every week and have built a portfolio by the end of the program.
When you finish, we’ll connect you to our waitlist of international founders ready to hire. This program is a direct bridge from your coding skills to your first remote tech job, starting at $500/month.
This program is run by Sourcing Sprints, a recruiting agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. We invest a portion of our profits into impact-driven programs to up-skill talent and connect them directly to international employers.
So far, we’ve directly placed over 30 Automation Assistants in international remote roles and we have a lot more demand from founders looking to hire.

While the program is part-time, success means making it your top priority for the entire duration. You’ll need to show up consistently, complete challenging projects, and take ownership of your learning.
