If you can code and want your first remote tech job: We’ll train you in AI automation for six weeks and place you in an international role.

About the program

Landing your first role as a developer is tough, especially if you don’t have the right connections or work experience. This program gives you a foot in the door.

Over six weeks, we’ll train you to become an AI Automation Developer, using tools like n8n, Claude Code, and more — skills in high demand with businesses worldwide. You’ll work on real-world automation projects every week and have built a portfolio by the end of the program.

When you finish, we'll add you to our pool of developers and consider you for placement with international founders hiring AI automation developers for roles paying ₦700,000 per month.

Our Track Record

This program is run by Koya Talent, a staffing agency based in Lagos, Nigeria. We train skilled developers in AI automation and connect them with international remote opportunities.

So far, we’ve directly completed over 65 international placements and we have a lot more demand from founders looking to hire.

Here’s what some of our recently hired automation developers had to say:

“This program came at a time when I really needed it. With the quality of instructors, as well as the amount of care infused in it by the program managers, it's quite surreal that it's completely free. All you have to do as a participant is put in the work to learn. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to get their foot in the door with regards to international tech jobs.” - Maro O.

“Just want to say a massive thank you to Koya Talent. The training put me into a path I didn’t ever see myself getting into. Through the various tasks and weekly check-ins, I was able to build industry level skill in no time. Transitioning into the remote job was seamless and I’m really glad with how far they’ve helped me come!” - Marvel I.
